From the outside you would not imagine the ultra-modern interior of the property. If you are looking for something very different this old barn has the ideal combination of modern home comforts, situated in an historic village with far reaching views. With four bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms this holiday house accommodates up to 8 people and includes an infinity pool at the back of the home.
The entrance to the house is from the road but as soon as you are inside everything is focused on the rear of the house. Steps lead down from the front entrance into a large open planned sitting room, dining area and an impressive kitchen. Light pours in from the windows at the rear and doors open out to the terraced area with views across the valley. The sitting room area has comfortable seating a large TV and Wi-Fi is available at the house but neither Kingfisher or the owner are liable for any loss or interruption (such as storms, etc.) of internet service. Across to the dining area where there is a table and bar stools at the back of the kitchen area. The very well-equipped kitchen has 3 ovens, integral fridge, integral freezer, large induction hob, coffee machine, large drawers with bins and separate dividers for recycling.
Upstairs on the middle level is a studio area, a WC and utility room with washing machine. Upstairs leads to 4 bedrooms:

There is no parking at the front of the house but there is plenty off street parking available. The bastide village of Beauville dates to the 12th century and is set high up on a hill overlooking rural countryside. In the summer season the village has many festivals and music events. The local boulangerie is just a stroll around the corner and there is a small supermarket, chemist, café and hotel-restaurant in the village.
In view of the stairs and pool’s proximity to the edge of the hillside this property is only recommended for adults.
