The home is 2 kms away from the small village of Touffailles which has a boulangerie and tennis courts. The market town of Montaigu de Quercy is about 10 minutes away with shops and a leisure lake. Other interesting towns nearby are Lauzerte, which is a medieval bastide town with wonderful views and some nice restaurants and the town of Moissac, set on the banks of the Tarn river with lively weekend markets, and is of great architectural interest having a Romanesque abbey and cloisters.
The approach to the home is by a long tree lined driveway, with large grassed areas for children to play games. The home has good sized, sunny rooms with 4 Bedrooms (maximum of 6 Adults and 2 Children), 2 Bathrooms, 2 shower rooms, 4 WCs and a swimming pool. At the entrance of the house is a large partially covered terrace area, excellent for outside dining as it is overlooking the garden and swimming pool area.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom (1) with direct access via French doors to the garden (without steps so Disability friendly). There is a large 160cm bed and en suite bathroom, with bath and basin in limestone surround.
Adjacent from the master bedroom is Bedroom 2, with twin beds and a shower room with shower, WC and basin.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, bedroom (3) has a double bed and en suite bathroom, with bath, basin and WC. This light and airy bedroom has front and side views across to the garden and pool area. Bedroom (4) has twin beds and an en suite shower room, with shower, basin, bidet and WC. Linen is provided. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at this property.
Outside, the garden is tranquil with lots of space, trees and shrubs. There is a small stone playhouse for children and the swimming pool area is accessed through a low wall surround. The lovely pool is 11.5m x 8m and has a large terrace around it with plenty of garden furniture. There are 2 BBQ’s and a nearby fridge and freezer. This home is the ideal retreat with charm and comfort for all the family.
