It is situated on a hillside, within its own 10 acres of Oak woods, with views overlooking the rolling countryside and a local chateau. The property is approached by a long private rural track opening out to a parking area. With no immediate neighbours no-one passes the property, and the track ends at the house. The owners do not live on-site, and you will have unrestricted private use of the house, pool and grounds.
