Preferably you should first choose properties that appeal to you on the property list with sufficient room for all your party.
Then e-mail us at email@example.com to ask for availability for your chosen dates. If possible please give us alternative dates if you can be flexible. If you have any specific requirements that might affect your choice, please add these to you e-mail.
We will e-mail you normally by return or within 24 hours giving you details of availability and answers to your questions.
If you then have sufficient information to book, please reply as soon as practicable so that we can reserve the property and dates for you. During the letting season bookings can be made very quickly by other people looking for a similar property and we have to accept the first firm booking we receive.

Once you have requested a firm booking, please print out the Booking Form and Booking Conditions. You will find these above and linked to each page of this website.
Please read the Booking Conditions carefully as signing the Booking Form commits you to these Terms and Conditions.
Complete the Booking Form (special requests can be added later if necessary) and post it to us at BP33 Penne d'Agenais, Lot et Garonne, France (using a first class European stamp) along with your cheque (we do not accept credit/debit cards) for 25% of the rental.
We will hold the property for you but we do recommend that you also fax a copy of the completed Booking Form to 0033 553 40 7471.
We understand that the post can be delayed and we will normally contact you if the Booking Form and Deposit do not arrive in a few days. However we cannot normally hold a property for more than 6 days if the Booking Form and Deposit do not arrive by the 7 th day.
On receipt of the completed Booking Form and Deposit (25% of the rental) we will send you confirmation of your Booking by post and will bank your cheque.
Once your cheque has cleared through the bank and 90 days before your holiday, we will sent you a final invoice. This will include any extras and a Security Deposit.
You need, as set out in the Booking Conditions, to pay this with funds cleared through our bank 60 days before your holiday commencement date.
Once we have received cleared funds, we will send you by post or e-mail the Directions to the selected property, the name and telephone number of the relevant Manager and the location of the key.
