Golf near Villeneuve-sur-Lot – Kingfisher Holidays can offer tenants, staying in one of the properties we let, a 25% reduction in Green fees at Villeneuve sur Lot Golf & Country Club.
Built in 1987, Villeneuve sur Lot Golf & Country Club offers a prestigious 18 hole par 72 championship golf course. It is a real alternative to busy golf courses in Spain and Portugal, and despite being only 2 and a half hours drive from Biarritz it is largely undiscovered as a golfing region. Players and their families have the free shared use of the swimming pool and tennis court (Rackets and balls available for hire).
The 18 hole championship golf course is normally playable 360 days per annum. There are a Driving range, 2 practice putting greens (one with practice bunker and approach area), swimming pool, tennis court and Pro-shop as well as a full-time resident teaching professional.
The course is a few minutes drive to the north of Villeneuve-sur-Lot close to the village of Castelnaud de Gratecombe.
To book please telephone the Golf Club on 05 53 01 60 19 and reserve a tee time, quoting our special code (KF 2012) which entitles you to a 25% discount on your green fee and the 25% discount also applies to the hire of clubs (normally) .Buggy Hire isnot subject to the Kingfisher Holidays discount.
Proper golf attire & soft spikes are required on the golf course. The pro-shop is open every day from 9 am until 5 pm selling golfing essentials as well as offering golf clothing and club, buggy and trolley hire. Lessons can also be arranged with our resident PGA registered teaching professional for groups or on an individual basis. Video aided tuition is available on request. Birdies Bistro is open every lunchtime (including Menu Golfeur 12 euros) from midday to 3.30 and the majority of evenings in the High Season.

Kingfisher Holidays is delighted to be able to offer 12 apartments overlooking this prestigious championship golf course in SW France.
1 of the apartments sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 4 bath/shower rooms,
10 apartments sleep 6 in 3 bedrooms (6 have 3 bath/shower rooms and 4 have 2 bath/shower rooms), and
1apartment sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms with 2 bath/shower rooms.

They offer comfortable accommodation in serviced 2 ,3 & 4 bedroom apartments (sleeping 4 to 8) overlooking the prestigious championship golf course. All apartments are furnished to a high standard and include TV, DVD, stereo/CD, washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchenette. Internet access is free and is available in the Pro Shop. As many parties include friends rather than families all the comfortable beds are single though can be pushed together if appropriate. Animals are not permitted in the apartments.

Sleeping 4 to 8 people in 13 Apartments
Kingfisher Holidays are delighted to be able to offer 12 apartments overlooking a prestigious championship golf course in SW France.

Inclusive package offer for parties where all tenants are golfers. The Kingfisher Holidays package includes accommodation, breakfast (in the apartment), a three course menu (lunch or dinner in the high season) plus unlimited golf – every day. This is priced on a per person basis but with a minimum group size of 4. This package can save money when all visitors are golfers.
