The property Toulouse is part of Castans Haut which is a converted Quercy stone barn, and has been renovated sympathetically into 2 adjoining properties. It is set in peaceful , rural countryside. The medieval Bastile village of Lauzerte ,with shops ,restaurants and a weekly market is about 6kms away. It is in an ideal location for exploring traditional French villages with excellent cuisine ,or for peaceful walks . In the nearby small market town of Montaigu de Quercy is a wonderful leisure lake, with faculties for swimming , tennis , ball games , café , beaches and hiring small boats and nearby are more public tennis courts in the town.

The accommodation opens into a light and airy large lounge with a iron wood burner . There is a TV /Video player for playing videos. From here is an open plan dining area with a large wooden table & chairs and a well equipped fitted kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker ,dishwasher, microwave and fridge / freezer. There is a utility room with sink and washing machine and a shower room and separate WC.

Upstairs is Bedroom 1. with a Double bed and with shower en suite . Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 also has twin Beds. There is another shower room and WC.

Linen is inclusive. There is no telephone .

Outside there are terrace's with a barbeque. Small steps lead to the pool area with a 12 x 6 salt pool. The lovely big gardens have a Boules area, tress and lots of grass areas, plenty of room for ball games.
