Romarin is situated in a beautiful and tranquil location with views to the small Bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. It is adjacent to another cottage in large grounds next to the owners property.

The area is steeped in history and an ideal base to visit pretty villages and towns such as Penne d 'Agenais, Cahors and Villeneuve sur Lot. There is a market each day in the local area and Tournon d'Agenais has two restaurants, bakery, small supermarket, butcher, bank, chemist and post office.

Romarin has an outside covered terrace, ideal for eating outside leading in to a kitchen/Diner/sitting room. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, gas cooker, coffee maker fridge/freezer and washing machine. In the sitting area there is also a sofa bed, books and a portable CD player.

On the ground floor Bedroom (3) has a single Bed. There is a WC . Upstairs Bedroom (1) has a double bed, Bedroom (2) has twin beds and there is a WC and shower.

Linen is for hire. There is no telephone.

Outside the cottage there is a covered terrace area with a barbecue. The lovely big shared gardens have a Boules area and plenty of room for ball games. The 10m x 5m swimming pool, with ladder steps, is for the tenants of both cottages
