This Quercy stone pigeonnier cottage is attached to the main owners house, but indepandent of it. It is situated just outside the small town of Cazes Mondenard which has a baker, post office, shop, bank, bar and a restaurant and for the more energetic tennis courts.
There is a small river where you can buy a permit for fishing. Cycle hire and golf are 15-20 minutes away and walking can start on your doorstep. At Cazes Mondenard is a Museum, the Yvan Quercy, museum with over 200 horse drawn hearses and carriages, classical cars and ancient tractors.
It is also not far from the town of Moissac with its splendid Abbey and Romanesque cloisters and the river Tarn and the Midi canal. Each Sunday morning in the town centre is a large market.

The pigeonnier has a spacious sitting /dining room and Kitchen. There is satellite TV and video. The kitchen area is well equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle,a coffee maker and hob. There is a shower room with shower, hand basin, a WC and a washing machine.
There are two bedrooms, Bedroom (1) with 2 single beds and Bedroom(2) up narrow stairs, has a double bed and a lovely view of the swimming pool and countryside beyond. 
There is a small front and rear terrace, a BBQ and shared use of the
swimming pool,large terrace, boules court and table tennis.
Linen is included. There is no telephone.
