Redoul is a very attractive, spacious house with 4 bedrooms, a pretty garden, swimming pool and is conveniently situated on the outskirts of the old medieval town of Villeneuve Sur Lot. The Lot River runs through this historic town and is the ideal location for a wonderful holiday, near good restaurants, fishing, golf, tennis, markets and shopping .

The comfortable house has an entrance hall, a study, a cloakroom with WC, a large sitting/dining room with French doors leading out to the terrace. There is a TV for use with the DVD player and a Hi Fi. The large well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker, hob, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of equipment for entertaining. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and large sink.

Upstairs, Bedroom (1) with a bateau lit single bed, Bedroom (2) has a double bed and doors out to a balcony overlooking the garden. Bathroom (1) has a connecting door from this bedroom and a second door onto the landing. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, basin and bidet and there is a separate WC . Bedroom (3) has twin beds and next to this is a Shower room (2) which has a shower, bidet and basin. Bedroom (4) is reached by a spiral wooden staircase above the utility room and has a double bed and 2 single beds, It has a Shower room (3) en suite with shower, basin and WC.

Outside there is a covered terrace (au vent) with a large area for eating, overlooking the garden, shrubs and the 11m x 5m swimming pool, which has ladder steps.
