Village 6kms (Montaigu de Quercy)

This Old "Quercy Stone" house has been completely transformed inside into a comfortable well furnished home. It is situated about 6kms from the market town of Montaigu de Quercy. It is situated in pretty , rural countryside ideal for walking and cycling . At Montaigu de Quercy is a wonderful leisure Lake with sand beaches , waterslides, paddle boats and canoes for hire. There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. On a Saturday is the town's market and you will find all around the area local markets , Fetes and music concerts.

The downstairs of the property consists of a comfortable sitting room with an open fireplace, into the Dining area, with a large table and Chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Separate from the kitchen is a large utility room with a sink, washing machine, tumble drier and a large American fridge/ freezer. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

From Honey oak stairs lead up to Bedroom 1with a double bed . Bathroom with Bath, shower attachment, twin basins and separate WC. Bedroom 2 has a double Bed. Stairs lead up to Bedroom 3 in the converted attic with a double bed and twin beds.

Outside has been carefully planned to enjoy the very best of the summer, with a new swimming pool 12 x 6 , with roman steps. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. Terraces are all around and to one side of the swimming pool is .an excellent well equipped summer kitchen. This has a built in Barbeque, sink, electric oven, gas hob and fridge/ freezer. The pool looks out to the garden area and field.
