A truly charming old stone house set in 10 hectares of beautiful undulating country side. There is masses of space for ball games and for walks in the woods.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds & bathroom with bath, basin and WC with separate access. 

 

The 10 x 5m pool (water tumbles over one edge) is 1½ metres deep throughout with internal stone steps is shared with this option with the owners in the main part of the house.

It is situated 3 kms from the small village of Mauroux, which has shops and a restaurant.

The property offers a very peaceful place for a lovely family holiday.
