 La Perche is situated in a beautiful and tranquil location with views to the
small Bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. It comprises of two adjoining stone cottages in large grounds next to the owners property. The area is steeped in history and is an ideal base to visit pretty villages and towns such as Penne d 'Agenais, Cahors and Villeneuve sur Lot. There is a market each day in the local area and Tournon d'Agenais has two restaurants, bakery, small supermarket, butcher, bank, chemist and
post office.

The first cottage, Lavande has a fully fitted Kitchen/Diner with dishwasher, toaster, gas cooker, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a comfortable sitting room with plenty of books and a portable CD player.

On the ground floor Bedroom (1) has a double bed with en suite shower. Bedroom (2) has bunk beds. There is a separate WC. There is a mezzanine bedroom reached by a spiral staircase which has 2 single beds and a WC and shower.

The second cottage, Romarin, has a separate entrance through a covered terrace area, ideal for eating outside. In the cottage there is a fully fitted Kitchen/Diner/Sitting room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, gas cooker, coffee maker and fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine. In the sitting area there is a sofa bed, books and a portable CD player.

On the ground floor Bedroom (3) has a single Bed. There is a WC . Upstairs Bedroom (1) has a double bed, Bedroom (2) has twin beds and there is a WC and shower.

Linen is for hire. There is no telephone.

Outside the cottages have terraces with barbecues and wonderful views . The lovely big gardens have a Boules area and plenty of room for ball games. The 10m x 5m swimming pool, with ladder steps, is for the tenants use only.
