An extremely pretty old stone cottage on the edge of a peaceful hamlet on a hill with a stunning view of the valley below.

There is a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool and a pretty garden. Pechdou is about 2km from the historic village of St. Maurin with local shops and restaurant and 20 mins. from the large town of Agen and TGV station.  

 

 

A paved terrace leads into a spacious Sitting/Dining room with wood-burning stove, and Kitchen area with dishwasher. Also on the ground floor is a Bedroom with double bed and an en-suite Bathroom with bath, basin and WC and a door to a covered terrace.

There is a another Shower/WC.Stairs lead up to 2 Bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and one with a double and a single.
