This is a comfortable and spacious village house in the centre of Montcuq which is delightful and where there are restaurants and useful shops for daily needs.

The house has a large sitting room, a kitchen and dining room combined, and a second kitchen on a lower floor, which leads into another dining area and an outside terrace.

This terrace overlooks the large garden and swimming pool (12 x 6 metres).

Both kitchens are well equipped. There is a WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with double beds, and there are two single beds available on an upper gallery.

 

One bedroom has a private shower and basin, and on the landing there is a communal bathroom and a separate WC.

This is a splendid house for people who do not wish to drive late at night. To the front you are in the village whilst at the back there is a view over village gardens and beyond to pretty countryside.

Montcuq has a lively Sunday morning market selling produce, textiles, pottery and much else.
