Marqueze is a new 4 Bedroomed renovated barn situated in rural countryside about 5kms away from the village of Maroux. The small village has an excellent bistro/ restaurant, a small supermarket and post office. The area is just on the outskirts of the famous Cahors wine region, so plenty of opportunity to visit the vineyards.

The property has recently been renovated and there is a new 12m x 4m swimming pool, in large grounds, also not far away there are 3 leisure lakes.

 

 

 

 

At the entrance of the property is a lovely partly covered auvent area,  large enough to enjoy eating al fresco. The property is open and airy, with a sitting/ dining room and Kitchen. The Kitchen is well equipped with all new appliances, electric oven, gas hob, fridge and dishwasher.

                                           

There are 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.  There are 2 shower rooms with a shower, WC and basin
