Les Lobies Gite is a newly furnished detached traditional property situated in a small hamlet in rural countryside. It is a short distance of about 6 kms from the ancient Bastide town of Lauzerte. This medieval town has a market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Lauzerte is an important landmark on the pilgrim route of Saint Jacques de Compostelle and there are hundreds of kilometres of hiking and rambling paths. The town has an excellent restaurant, cafés and bars. There is also a supermarket, bank, doctors and chemist here. During the summer season, on certain evenings there are musical performances in the main square.

The property consists of a well equipped kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer coffee maker & toaster. There is a washing machine.
The dining area has a large table & chairs and the door opens out to the pool area. There is a small sitting room and French TV and a portable radio.

A few steps lead to bedroom (1) with 4 ft 6 double bed and bedroom (2) with bunk beds.
There is a shower room with shower and basin. Separate WC.
Upstairs is bedroom (3) with a 5ft bed and bedroom (4) with two single beds. The bathroom has with a spa bath/shower, basin and a separate WC.

Outside there is a pretty garden with a swimming pool 11x 5m with internal steps and shower. There are woods at the back of the garden, BBQ and a ping pong table.
