A charming old Quercy stone traditional farmhouse set in open countryside giving excellent holiday accommodation.

There is a 12 x 5 metre swimming pool and a large garden with a covered pool terrace providing a shaded eating and games area (with ping pong table).

The accommodation in this French owned house comprises a spacious Sitting/Dining room and French TV. There are stairs up to an open mezzanine gallery on which there are three single beds. There is a fully fitted modern Kitchen including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.

There are also two Bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with a small double bed and a single bed, and a Shower room with shower, basin, bidet and separate WC.

The terrace in front of the house is partially shaded by trees and there is a built in barbecue & sink/drainer. Telephone. Blankets and square pillows are provided.

The whole property is walled and fenced and has lovely views over farmland. It is approached along a small country lane ensuring peace and quiet. 4kms from Montaigu shops.
