Lavande is situated in a beautiful and tranquil location with views to the small Bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais. It is adjacent to another cottage in large grounds next to the owners property. The area is steeped in history and is an ideal base to visit pretty villages and towns such as Penne d 'Agenais, Cahors and Villeneuve sur Lot. There is a market each day in the local area and Tournon d'Agenais has two restaurants, bakery, small supermarket,butcher, bank, chemist and post office

The cottage, Lavande has a fully fitted kitchen/Diner with dishwasher, toaster, gas cooker, coffee maker fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a comfortable sitting room with plenty of books and a portable CD player.

On the ground floor Bedroom (1) has a double bed with en suite shower, Bedroom (2) has bunk beds. There is a mezzanine bedroom reached by a spiral staircase which has 2 single beds and a WC.
Linen is for hire. There is no Telephone.

 

 

Outside the cottage there is a terrace with a barbecue and wonderful views . The lovely big gardens have a Boules area and plenty of room for ball games. The 10m x 5m swimming pool, with ladder steps, is for the tenants of both cottages.
