This modern, bright property is situated above the village of Dausse, which has an excellent restaurant, general stores and a bar. From all around the house are magnificent views of the very pretty countryside. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the peaceful area and yet is only a short distance from the medieval town of Penne d'Agenais, the Lot River and the town of Villeneuve sur Lot, founded in 1264.

The property consists of a comfortable sitting/ dining room with a wood burning fireplace, a TV with English satellite, Video DVD and CD Player.
There is a large table and chairs and comfortable seating.

The well equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine.

On the same level is Bedroom (1) with twin beds , Bedroom (2) with a
Double bed . Both these rooms have French doors which open out to a veranda. Bedroom (3) has a double bed. All the bedrooms have fans. There is a Bathroom with Bath, shower attachment, basin and WC. There is also a separate WC.

Downstairs is a shower room with shower and hand basin.

At the front of the house is a large veranda to sit out and have
breakfast and surrounding the house is a pretty garden which is grassed and has garden furniture, parasols and a stone built Barbecue.

Linen is for Hire. Central heating and local telephone use.
