This renovated Country Cottage has glorious long views over farmland towards the Lot Valley. It is situated 3 kilometres from the small village of Dausse, which has shops and a restaurant.

The property offers a very peaceful place for a lovely family holiday and has a very pretty garden with many mature trees extending to 2½ acres with good areas of grass and a peaceful woodland walk.

 

There is a 14 x 6m swimming pool (heated by arrangement at extra cost) with stone steps into the water, and a lovely Barn with an open covered area for shade and barbecues.

The house has a hall, a split level Sitting room with doors leading out to a raised terrace. The Kitchen is attractively modern with a breakfast Dining area and is very well equipped with Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave etc.

There are 3 Bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds all with large doors out to the garden.

 

 

 

There is a Cloakroom with WC, a Bathroom with Bath, Shower, WC and Basin, a glory room for washing machines etc, and separate shower and WC.  

There is small double Futon style sofabed in the Hall.

Other facilities include Satellite TV, telephone for local outgoing calls, ping pong table and barbecue. Please refrain from smoking in house.
