This pretty stone Cottage is very private set in it's own land (over 5 acres) in a lovely country position.

It is a few minutes drive from the market town of Montcuq with restaurants, shops, doctor etc.

Across the lawn is the Pigeonnier Cottage with a Sitting/Dining Kitchen with fridge and ringed cooker.

Shower room and up steep stairs the Bedroom with single beds & cupboards with ceiling into the old pigeon roof.   

Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine, Gas hob. Duvets supplied and linen available.

The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5 metres and there is a poolside shower. The garden and land surrounds the buildings and pool and offers considerable space for outdoor games/football etc.

There is Ping Pong and Boules plus a BBQ.
