This attractive villa is set on its own about 3 km from the market town of Montaigu de Quercy,which has a large leisure lake with sand beaches, waterslides, and paddle boats and canoes for hire. There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. All around the area there are local markets, Fetes and music concerts.

It is also near to the village of Roquecor which has a Sunday morning market and a café/ restaurant with a terrace which is wonderful for eating out in the evenings

 

 

The house is off the road from Montaigu to Roquecor and overlooks a pretty valley.

The accommodation consists of a well equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc.

There is a good sized Sitting/Dining room with doors out to a covered terrace.
There are three Bedrooms - one with a double bed and two with twin beds, and a Shower room and separate WC.

Outside there is a pleasant garden surrounding the property and a 10m x 5 m swimming pool with Roman steps and paved surrounds.

Garden furniture and barbecue are provided, also square pillows and pillowcases. Linen is not supplied. There is a telephone for local calls.
