A pretty country house in a small hamlet within 5 minutes of the market town of Montaigu de Quercy, which has a large leisure lake with sand beaches, waterslides, and paddle boats and canoes for hire. There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. All around the area there are local markets, Fetes and music concerts.
It is also near to the village of Roquecor which has a Sunday morning market and a café/ restaurant with a terrace which is wonderful for eating out in the evenings.

The property is situated down a small country lane surrounded by farmland. In the house there is a well equipped Kitchen/Breakfast room. There is a cooker with gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, combi-microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee maker and toaster.  The dining room has an open fireplace, table and 6 chairs. Downstairs, there is a 3rd Bedroom with an en-suite shower area and separate WC, with a washing machine   in an attached small utility area.

Upstairs there is a  Sitting room which  has, satellite TV, a DVD, video player  and a CD player. There are 2 Bedrooms -1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds,  and a Bathroom plus separate WC. Linen is for Hire

The house has a good garden of just under 1 acre, a large Barn and a 10 x 5 Swimming Pool (no diving) and 2 BBQ's.
