This most attractive 15th century farm house has been renovated by it's English owner, preserving it's historical features and magical 'feel'.

The Sitting room has a lovely old stone fireplace and oak beams. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining area with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

A large window/balcony with a beautiful view overlooks the kidney-shaped swimming pool ( approx 10 x 5m) with roman steps and a cascade built into the rocks at one end.

The front door leads out to an attractive covered terrace. A table and chairs make this a perfect place for outdoor dining. Stone steps lead down to the garden.

The master bedroom, with stairs down to an en-suite shower room with WC, is on the first floor.

On the second floor there are 3 other bedrooms, all with twin beds, and a bathroom with a large corner bath and WC. One of the bedrooms has an extra folding bed.

There is a separate ground floor apartment attached to the side of the main house, with a studio bedroom, a double bed, easy chairs, separate kitchen/dining room & bathroom.

Central heating, English satellite TV, ample wardrobe space, duvets, garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis, laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, freezer and additional fridge for drinks.

Covered car parking for 3 cars.

Fresh eggs and milk from a nearby farm. Lovely country walks. Horse riding at 5kms.

 Tennis, shopping and the most wonderful bread and croissants in the village (5 mins drive).

Restaurants nearby, and a market town with supermarkets at 10kms.

In Peak Season the whole property only may be booked. In other seasons, the house and appartment can be booked separately.
