Very French atmosphere that people dream of but rarely find. It is not luxurious but for those who crave reasonable comfort in a beautiful house with good gardens, this could be perfect! 

A truly charming house with 2 pigeonniers set in attractive countryside and 5 mins walk from a small village with a shop, café and tennis court.

The house has one bedroom and a bathroom with bath, basin & WC on the ground floor and upstairs, four bedrooms, a shower room with basin & WC and a large overflow bedroom/playroom. 

A large and well equipped farmhouse kitchen leads out on to a south facing terrace overlooking the front garden and north facing covered terrace which has steps down to the back garden.

 The kitchen has a top of the range gas cooker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and a large range of utensils. 

There is a large sitting room with a wood burning stove and a piano.  

Outside is a large open sided barn with a ping pong table and the 12m x 6m swimming pool is enclosed in what was once a stone barn and which is now open roofed. 

Basketball, badminton and bicycles are available and the house is full of games and books. BBQ.
