This recently built property is ideally situated only 2 Kms from the market town of Montaigu de Quercy At Montaigu there is a boulangerie, a bar, supermarket, bank, post office and chemist. There is a wonderful leisure Lake with sand beaches, waterslides, and paddle boats and canoes for hire. There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. On a Saturday it is the town's market and you will find all around the area other local markets, Fetes and music concerts.

The house consists of a well equipped Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. This opens out to a comfortable sitting/ dining room with an open fireplace, and with a French TV and DVD player and a Hi FI player. The Dining area has a large table and chairs and doors to a roofed terrace. This overlooks the garden and swimming pool below.
On the same level a door leads in to a hall way with 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom (1) has a double bed, Bedroom (2) has two single Beds and Bedroom (3) has a double bed. The Bathroom has a corner bath, shower, bidet and a double basin. There is a separate WC. The washing machine is in the downstairs garage, reached by indoor steps.
Linen is for Hire. Central heating and telephone.

Outside has been carefully planned to enjoy the very best of the summer, with a swimming pool 10m x 5m, with roman steps. By the swimming pool is a summer kitchen with built in Barbeque. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The large garden is fenced.

We had a great holiday in Foiral and Montaigu de Quercy; the Gite was excellent as was the weather. We have been very pleased with the professional, efficient, friendly and courteous manner in which Kingfisher has dealt with our holiday from first booking to this final return of our deposit. We will certainly look at booking another holiday with you in the near future.
