Costes is set in peaceful, pretty countryside and there are wonderful views across the front garden. This attractive house is surprisingly large inside and is ideal for 2 -8 people. The property is within a small drive to a bakers, general store and tabac and is near the small town of Larroque Timbaut which has restaurants, bakery, bank, chemist and a market on Thursday mornings and is close to the Bastide town of Beauville. It is an idyllic area for walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding.

As you enter through the old wooden front door you are greeted by the charm of the house. On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with a wood burner. The large kitchen/dining room has a large fireplace with a woodburner. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

There is a bathroom (1) with bath, basin, seperate shower and WC and a separate WC. Bedroom (1) on the ground floor has a double bed. There is a utilty and a games room with Ping-pong, indoor games and board games.

Upstairs Bedroom (2) has a double bed and Bedrooms (3 & 4) have twin beds. There is a shower room (2) with shower, basin and WC.

There is Sky TV, a DVD and video player and a large selection of DVD's and video's.  Linen is for Hire. Central heating and telephone.

 

 

 

 

 

The garden has been carefully planned to benefit from the very best of the summer. The 12m x 6m swimming pool, can be heated on request at extra charge has roman steps and a pool shower. There is an attractive terrace at the front of the house ideal for eating out near the pool. There is plenty to do in the garden with Boules, badminton and football nets and 4 bikes. At the bottom of the garden is a small stream and pond.
