This is a most surprising, enchanting house set in a ideal situation. It is in the centre of a village, ideal for the baker and local shops and yet you step out of the back of the property to a wonderland garden, with a pretty terrace, flowers, shrubs, trees, and a 11 x 5 swimming pool. From the back of the property is a short stroll down to the river Lot. One is able to take a river cruise from here and admire the pretty area.

La Cerisaie is a substantial, but comfortable house. From the front door is a hallway with doors opening into a well furnished sitting room, dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, with ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, and an American fridge/ freezer. There is a breakfast table and benches and there are French doors leading out to a terrace. On the ground floor is a WC.

 

Stairs lead up to Bedroom (1) with double bed,a separate Bathroom (1) with small bath, basin & WC. Bedroom (2) has a double bed and in this room is also a Bath (2) and basin. Bedroom (3) has a double bed and Bedroom (4) also has a double bed and a single futon. There is another Bathroom (3) with Bath with shower attachment, double basin and WC.



In the garden there is a barn which has an open to part to the garden, here is a ping pong table , BBQ and the washing machine.

The very pretty garden are hedge lined and private from the neighbour.

Linen is for hire. There is a telephone for local calls so please bring your mobiles for all other calls.
