The property of Castans Haut is a converted Quercy stone barn, which has been renovated sympathetically into 2 adjoining properties. It is set in peaceful , rural countryside. The medieval Bastile village of Laurzerte ,with shops ,restaurants and a weekly market is about 6kms away. It is in an ideal location for exploring traditional French villages with excellent cuisine ,or for peaceful walks . In the nearby small town of Montaigu de Quercy is a wonderful leisure lake, with faculties for swimming , ball games , and small boats , and nearby there are public tennis courts .

The accommodation has been practically arranged so that it can be as used as one complete property , or if required separated in to two by closing an internal door.

There are 2 fitted kitchens, with cookers , dishwashers, and microwaves and fridge / freezers. The open planned kitchens open into dining areas and then sitting areas. Separate WC. In the larger sitting area is a TV /Video player for playing videos. There is a utility room with another WC and shower room .

From one staircase is 1 Double bed room with shower en suite and 2 twin beds and a shower room and WC. From the other staircase is a Double bed room, twin bedded room and shower room and WC. Linen is inclusive. There is no telephone .

Outside there are terrace's with a barbeque. Small steps lead to the pool area with a 12x 6 pool. 

At the back of the property is the owners property, It is entirely separate from the main house ensuring that the gardens, the terraced areas and around the swimming pool are entirely private for tenants and they will deal with any problems and assist with any information if required

The lovely big gardens have a Boules area and plenty of room for ball games.
