Montaigu de Quercy (shops, market, doctor & restaurant) at 6 kms, St Matre 3 kms & Tournon 9 kms. Ideal for visiting nearby vineyards, hilltop towns and castles and the Lot valley.

Main house comprises: first floor sitting room with steps down to garden, master bedroom with double bed, further twin bedded room in attic accessible from main bedroom.

On the ground floor good sized kitchen with dining table, main bathroom with bath and shower and additional WC/cloakroom. Further bedroom next to kitchen with twin divan beds and washbasin.

Twin bedded room in separate annexe.

Converted barn alongside the house has two large ground floor bedrooms with twin beds, large Sitting room, kitchen and bath/shower room.

Spacious games room with table tennis, pool table etc, reached via attractive balcony.

Extra shower room and WC. Swimming pool with lighting.
