This spacious bungalow is on the edge of Roquecor and is within walking distance of the centre of the village where there is a very popular English owned brasserie, a Sunday market, a small food shop and a petrol pump.

The house is set in a mature fenced garden with pretty trees and shrubs affording welcome shade from a hot sun.

There is large covered terrace on the front of the house facing the garden and pool. A door from this terrace leads into the spacious living room which has a sitting area and a dining area.

 

 

 

At one end of the room is a good size and well equipped kitchen with gas/electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, coffee machine and microwave.

Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, Bedroom 2 has a 4ft bed, Bedroom 3 has two small double beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and twin basins. The WC is separate.

 

 

The 10m x 5m pool with Roman End catches the sun all day long and there is a summer kitchen beside the pool which also houses the washing machine. The solar shower is beside the pool.

Montaigu de Quercy, about 5 kms away, has two good doctors, pharmacy, bank, food and newspaper shops, and a Saturday morning market.

 

 

The French owner, who looks after the pool and garden, lives next door in a separate house but uses the same driveway. He is very friendly and is out all day.
