An idyllic holiday cottage set on a hill overlooking the beautiful Courbiac valley with stunning panoramic views of the 13th century Bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais - situated high on an outcrop of rock. Tournon is 2 kms away with shops, doctor & restaurant.

Bladanel provides ideal holiday accommodation with its 10 x 5 metre swimming pool.

 

 

 

From the hallway, there is a small well equipped Kitchen with all the usual facilities including a washing machine and small dishwasher.

There is a large Sitting/Dining room with an open fireplace and exposed beams. There is SKY TV and a video. Double doors lead out on to a paved terrace with the pool below - to one side of which is a new covered terrace providing relief from the heat of the sun!

The Bedroom on the ground floor has three single divan beds, and there is a Shower room with shower, basin and WC. The upstairs Bedroom has a double bed with a King size bed and en-suite Bathroom with bath, basin and WC.

Garden furniture and barbecue are provided also duvets and pillows. Linen can be hired and there is a telephone.
