This is a newly built bungalow, situated above a beautiful valley, affording wonderful views.

The house has a spacious open plan L shaped sitting & dining room with kitchen, the latter well equipped and with attractive units. It has a large Smeg electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

There is a utility room housing the washing machine, and a separate WC.

Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed and en-suite shower room with basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and en-suite shower room with basin and WC.

Bedroom 3 has a 4'6'' double bed and en-suite shower room with basin and WC.

Outside there is a covered and an open terrace facing the pool and the views.

The pool measures 11 x 6 meters and has internal steps. There is a small garden around the house. To one side below the house is a field as well as fields and woods above.
