Situated in the rolling hills of the Lot Valley between Agen and Villeneuve, just out side the small village of Sauvatat de Saveres is this charming, renovated 19th century farmhouse. The house has been restored into two properties, independent from one another which can be taken together as ideal for two families or a group of friends.
The house is surrounded by thirteen hectares of land, of which three hectares are woods with ancient trails still running through. A natural spring feeds into a small lake, bordered by a bamboo grove. The swimming pool, (15 x 8 meters) is a short distance down away from the house and has fine views over the valley.

 

The accommodation consists the two house which both have an entrance hall with a WC, a living room with a fireplace and TV and DVD player. There is a charming fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.
Upstairs, are three bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a shower, washbasins and WC. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has bunk beds and a single bed.
There is a utility room in the cellar with a washing machine and dryer.

Outside is a terrace with views across the valley, a BBQ and garden and a pathway down to the swimming pool.
Linen is for hire (French square pillows). There is no telephone at the property so please bring your mobiles.
