Maison du Parc is an attractive Quercy stone cottage situated within the grounds of a picturesque 15th Century Chateaux, and is believed to have originally been the Chapel. It has been professionally converted, retaining it’s high oak-beamed ceiling, and has in its own garden, shaded by Cedartrees, and a leafy patio area for alfrescomeals and BBQ’s. Guests have access to all the Chateaux parkland. Very good Cahors wine is available cheaply at the Chateaux farm.
Idyllic surroundings of vineyards, sunflowers, prune orchards and ancient oak woods. Wonderful walks on country tracks with numerous wild flowers, orchids, birds and butterflies.
On the ground floor the accommodation consists of an open plan sitting/dining and kitchen areas. The well equipped kitchen area includes a washing machine. Bedroom (1), with twin beds off the hallway and Bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs Bedroom (2) on the gallery floor, has a double bed .
Stone fireplace with wood burning stove. Music centre, tapes & CD’s are provided as are Duvets and pillows.
