This recently built large property is ideally situated only 3 Kms from the townof St Livrade. The town has one of the best markets in the area held on a Friday morning.Here, there are also supermarkets with a very good butcher and a very good baker, two chemists, banks a garage and restaurants. The old medieval town of Villeneuve Sur Lot is not far away with the Lot River running through this historic town, which has good restaurants, shopping and music festivals. All around the area it is ideal for walking, fishing, golf, tennis and sight seeing, and in the peak season Fetes and music concerts.

The bedding is duvets and French square pillows and the linen is included in the rental but please bring your swimming pool towels. Outside there is a terrace area and a nice garden with grass and a wooded area, with a child’s tree house. There is a new 9m x4m swimming pool with roman steps. For the more sporting there are a couple of bikes to use. |
