Les Chenes is a comfortable 3 Bedroom property on the outskirts of the small village of Dausse, in the pretty countryside of the Lot et Garonne area of South West France.   The village has a small shop, post office, bar and an excellent restaurant and an evening market once a week.  The property is ideally situated only 6 kms from the medieval bastide town of Penne d' Agenais and 15 kms from the larger  bastide town of Villeneuve Sur Lot.  The area has something to offer all the family, tennis, fishing, cycling, walking, visiting local chateaux, wine tasting and visiting some very good restaurants and weekly markets. 

The property accommodation consists of a small well equipped Kitchen with a hob, combi- microwave oven, slow cooker, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. This area opens out to the sitting/ dining room. The Dining area has a large table and chairs and the sitting room has an open fireplace, comfortable sofa and chairs  and there is sky TV and DVD player and a Hi FI player. French doors open out to a terraced area of the garden, overlooking the swimming pool below.

There are 3 Bedrooms, Bedroom (1) and Bedroom (2) have double beds and Bedroom (3). has two single Beds. The Bathroom has bath, shower attachment, and a basin and WC

There is a  washing machine, another fridge and freezer in the utility room downstairs.

Linen is included , but please bring your swimming pool towels. There is also a telephone for local calls and it is advisable to bring your mobile phones for any other calls.  

Outside is a pretty south facing garden, with a terrace, a Oval shaped 10m x 5m swimming pool, with integral steps. There is a  a stone BBQ and garden furniture.
