Village (2kms Roquecor)

This lovely Quercy stone house is situated in a small hamlet of houses overlooking a long beautiful valley & the village of Roquecor on the hill opposite. It has 4 Bedrooms to sleep 8 people, with private swimming pool and a shared tennis court.

The small village of Roquecor has a bar/brasserie, a grocer & a market on Sunday mornings. The property is also situated about 7kms to Montaigu de Quercy with shops, doctors, bank and a wonderful leisure Lake with sand beaches, waterslides, paddle boats and canoes for hire.  There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. There is a  market at  Montaigu on Saturday’s and you will find local markets, Fetes and music concerts through out the region.  

The accommodation consists of an entrance hall into a well equipped Kitchen, which has a dishwasher, part electric part gas hob, electric oven, fridge and microwave.

There is a sitting /dining room with open fireplace, with a TV for watching DVD’s.     

Stairs lead down to Bedroom (1) – Double bed, and a shower room with shower, basin & WC.  Upstairs, Bedroom (2) – double bed and basin, Bedroom (3) – twin beds and basin, Bedroom (4) – twin beds. There is a Bathroom (1) – with bath, shower, two basins, bidet and separate WC.

Linen is included and there is a restricted telephone line so please bring your mobiles with you

Outside is the garden with private 11m x 5m pool with Roman end, a covered au-vent with Ping Pong and a BBQ. There is also a (shared with two other properties in the hamlet) tennis court.
