La Petite Maison is a new 2 Bedroomed house situated 2kms away from Ste Livrade, near Villeneuve Sur lot. It is an ideal home for a small family holiday as the house is comfortable and well equipped and with many attractions in the area. The village has one of the best markets in the area held on a Friday morning, supermarkets with a very good butcher and a very good baker, two chemists, banks a garage and restaurants. The old medieval town of Villeneuve Sur Lot is not far away with the Lot River running through this historic town, which has good restaurants, shopping and music festivals. All around the area it is ideal for walking, fishing, golf, tennis and sight seeing. The house has a south facing longcovered terrace to the front with garden furniture and a BBQ. The accommodation consists of a sitting/dining room and Kitchen. The sitting area has comfortable seating with a TV ( French ) with a DVD player and a wood burner. The Kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, kettle and a large American fridge.
Bedroom (1) has a king size bed and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom (2) has twin beds and and a fitted wardrobe. A travel cot is available. The shower room is a walk in wet room which includes the toilet and a wash hand basin.
Outside there is a 5 x 10 m Swimming pool and is for your exclusive use. In the pool, next to the steps there is a small paddling area ideal for young babies and children or if you wish to relax with a drink in the evening and look at the stars which are numerous in this area. It is also floodlit at night. There is a pool house which perfect if you want some shade, it has a table and chairs and also a toilet. Sun lounges are scattered around the pool. Linen is included, but please bring your swimming pool towels. Also bring your mobile phones. The owner lives next door and will assist with any information if required.
