This is a delightful house situated near to Montcuq, a pretty, lively village in the Lot region, not far from Cahors. The village has a popular Sunday morning market, lake, restaurants and local shops. The house has been recently restored and decorated in a charming French style and which has a lovely, far reaching view of the lake nearby and the
countryside beyond.

                                                  

There is a terrace at the front of the house from which one enters into the sitting room, which has an open fireplace, French TV and a video player. Through an archway is the dining room and off this is a well equipped kitchen: dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and microwave. There is a small terrace outside the kitchen.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a shower, basin and WC. The third bedroom, also with a double bed,

( Or Twin beds) is upstairs and has a WC concealed behind a curtain. There is a shower room with basin, shower and WC at the foot of the small staircase leading to this bedroom.
