This Old "Quercy Stone" house has been completely transformed inside into a comfortable well furnished home. It is situated about 6kms from the market town of Montaigu de Quercy. It is situated in pretty, rural countryside ideal for walking and cycling. At Montaigu de Quercy is a wonderful leisure Lake with sand beaches, waterslides, paddle boats and canoes for hire. There are also tennis courts at the lake and public courts in the town. On a Saturday is the town's market and you will find all around the area local markets, Fetes and music concerts.

The downstairs of the property consists of a comfortable sitting room with an open fireplace There is a French Sateliite TV with programes in different languages. In the Dining area is a large table and Chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Separate from the kitchen is a large utility room with a sink, washing machine, tumble drier and a large American fridge/ freezer. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

From Honey oak stairs lead up to Bedroom 1with a double bed . Bathroom with Bath, shower attachment, twin basins and separate WC. Bedroom 2 has a double Bed. Stairs lead up to Bedroom 3 in the converted attic with a double bed and Bedroom 4 with twin beds.

Linen is for Hire. Central heating and telephone for local calls, also there is internet connection.

Outside has been carefully planned to enjoy the very best of the summer,with a 12m x 6m swimming pool with roman steps. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. Terraces are all around and to one side of the swimming pool is an excellent well equipped summer kitchen.

This has a built in BBQ, sink, electric oven, gas hob and fridge/ freezer. The pool looks out to the garden area and field.  There is a ping pong table and a flood light Boules court.
