Situated in beautiful rolling countryside, this lovely Quercy stone property is nestled within and where the owners are letting their self contained 2 (or 3) bed roomed apartment. The apartment is adjoining the owners accommodation and they will be able to assist with any information if required. Nearby is the small village of Dausse, which has a small general shop, post office, bar and an excellent restaurant and an evening market with dancing on Tuesday evenings. The property is ideally situated only 6 kms from the medieval bastide town of Penne D Agenais and 15 kms from the larger bastide towns of Villeneuve Sur Lot and Pujols. The area has something to offer all the family, tennis, fishing, cycling, walking, visiting local chateaux, wine tasting, dining at some very good restaurants and shopping at weekly markets.
The property accommodation consists of a small Kitchen with combi- microwave oven, washing machine, fridge, kettle and toaster. On this ground floor is a bedroom(1) with double bed and a shower room en suite with shower, basin & WC. There is also a separate WC. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and Sky TV. French doors lead out to the terrace areas .
Upstairs Bedroom (2) has twin beds. There is an additional bedroom from this room which has a double bed. Linen is included ,but please bring your mobile phones for calls.
Outside is an open ended barn which has table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ eating and a gas BBQ. In the large grounds is a 8m x 5m swimming pool and another shower room and WC in the ‘cave’ under the house.
